Editor – As a taxpayer and local citizen of Ladysmith, I have big concerns about our water problems.
In the past year, the dam levels have not changed much and being at the beginning of winter, water restrictions will have to be implemented at some time in the future.
My concern is that there are more than 10 car washes in town that make use of our precious water and waste it.
What is our municipality doing about it?
