I am writing this letter to find out when we are going to get service delivery from Uthukela District Municipality.I have been phoning for the last six to eight months about a blocked sewer in Seventh Avenue, Forderville.
The blocked sewer is between house number four and five. I am now sick and tired of phoning Uthukela District Municipality.

Where is our service delivery? Whenever I phone, I get a blunt answer that ‘we are sending someone.’How does it take someone eight months to arrive?

Please, Uthukela, if you cannot give us service delivery, bring it back to our local municipality.We are getting sick and tired of the stink. Please speed up service delivery.
