Displeasing road repairs in Connor Street

Don't waste ratepayer's money. If you do it twice, it will cost you more

I would like to find out from the Municipal Manager or whoever is in charge of Inkosi Langalibalele Local Municipality, who gives jobs to unskilled people like those who did the road repairs in Connor Street, just past Mica.

It is a flop. Why I say it is a flop is because when you drive over it, it is like you are driving on a corrugated road. It is not a smooth surface.

I think the people who own cars from Inkosi Langalibalele will agree with me. Mr Manager or whoever is in charge, drive over it and you will know what I am talking about.

Please employ the right people to do the job. Don’t waste ratepayer’s money. If you do it twice, it will cost you more.

D Raghoonanan

Inkosi Langalibalele Local Municipality wishes to apologise for the inconvenience caused. It was unfortunate that the bomag roller that we use to compact material to level, experienced a break down while the team was working. This resulted in a poor outcome but we will rectify this as soon as it has been repaired.
