Editor – I refer to an incident that occurred on Monday (May 14) at about 9.30am with regards to a gentleman who illegally parked opposite a restaurant.
An observer of the “event” was a lady who is presumably employed at a nearby business.
She shouted her disapproval and asked him, “Where is your walking stick?”
To my utter dismay, the driver of this vehicle was very rude to her!
Why can’t the authorities enforce wheel clamping and a fine of R500? This issue of parking in a disabled area is very prevalent in Ladysmith.
