The Estcourt Post Office needs mobile toilets to accommodate the number of pensioners that visit during the day.
The post office has no permanent cleaner to keep the place clean, especially on busy days, like pension payout days.

Preferably all people who get grant at the post office need to be separated on the days of getting their grant to control the big numbers of people arriving on the same day. Old age and disability grant should be separated from those coming for children’s grants.
They need to establish committees to control the queues and add to safety.
The post office and the South Africa Social Security Agency (SASSA) need to speed up the process of issuing post office cards to be used in the banks, which will minimise overcrowding.
The post office is situated in the main street of the town; therefore it MUST be kept clean.
