Editor – Entertainment in the Bergville town area is lacking.
There are no places where people can go to “chill” with friends and family.
A park would be a great investment in the area, where people can go to braai, play some music and bring some beverages – a park with a small parking area, some chairs with shelters and a place for kids to play.
Events can be held there and people can pay to enter when there are events.
This would bring in money and also attract people from outside areas to come and relax in the Bergville park, rather than having our own people drive elsewhere.
It would also be ideal for small businesses to get opportunities by showcasing their work with decorations, a sound system and providing tents for events.
