Editor – The other week, a letter appeared tackling infidelity in our small town.
The author was incredibly adamant and perhaps rightly so, but relationships are complicated and have many facets.
With this letter in mind, I would like to talk a bit about the Ladies’ Night that was held at Platrand on Friday night.
Innocent fun or temptation that could lead people astray?
It’s usually the guys who like to ogle at the curves of a female’s body, but it seems that the ladies also find pleasure in this pastime when men with Adonis-like bodies come and strut their stuff practically in the ‘nick’.
What if their partner’s body does not compare to what they see at the show? Will this cause them to look elsewhere for physical “perfection” to satisfy their hidden desires?
Maybe I’m being melodramatic and it’s all just harmless fun on a Friday night for all the ladies to “ooh” and “aah” at male strippers who work out at the gym and know how to dance and titillate their audience.
Entertainment is lacking over here, so let’s hope no one is led astray!
