Editor -Through the grace of the Almighty, Ramadaan was a splendid month.
Eid turned out to be a beautiful day.
Despite being winter, the day was simply great and the weather lovely. It ensured that the Eid Gha (outdoor mass prayer) at the Soofie Mosque grounds materialised without a hitch.
There was a massive attendance and lovely atmosphere.
Plaudits to the Ladysmith Mosque and Madressa Trust for an excellent programme.
Surely the cherry on the top was that punctuality was not sacrificed and latecomers were taught a lesson.
It is my fervent hope and prayer that the benchmark set is the forerunner for all future programmes.
Well done to the organisers.
