A couple of days ago, a member of the NG Church had an unfortunate and unnerving experience at an Automark.
He attempted to draw funds when the Automark swallowed his card.
He reported the incident to the Fraud Department but unfortunately someone had already fraudulently withdrawn a large amount of money from his account at another automated teller machine (ATM) within a couple of minutes.

The account was stopped and he was requested to report the incident to the South African Police Service (SAPS) in order for a case to be opened.
We arrived at the police station and were greeted by Constable Mchunu in an extremely friendly and professional manner. She then proceeded to take down the statement in an amazing proficient manner whilst assisted by Detective Hlongwane.
Both officers were exceptionally friendly, caring and showed great empathy. The sterling service did not end there. Later Mr Khumalo (not sure of his rank) contacted us after hours wanting to know further information. Early the next morning we were contacted by Captain Pieterse.

The service we received from all four officials was so remarkable that we could not keep it to ourselves and felt that others should know about the sterling service we received. An enormous thanks you to the Estcourt Police Station for their commendable service.
