
Sir – I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Hopewell Furnishers salesman, Zaheer Abdool.
I reported a fault with my Defy refrigerator on New Year’s Day. He promised to call me the next day to rectify the problem. I was so pleasantly surprised when he called first thing in the morning and informed me that he logged a fault and I will expect a technician from Defy to come the following day, which happened!
An efficient technician, Ebrahim Sayed, had my refrigerator up and running in 10 minutes! The ability to provide the resolution quickly exceeded my expectations. I really commend the prompt service provided by Mr Abdool.
I am really pleased with the knowledge and skills – he is always polite and a thorough gentleman, to say the least. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale.
