Newcastle Bowling Club hosted its annual prize giving on Saturday evening, with a pleasing number of club members in attendance. The prize giving was followed by a delicious meal prepared by the multi-talented Steele family.

The monthly club meat competition played on Saturday afternoon was won by John Douthwaite, Gert Roos and young Aspen Shaw.

Members are reminded of the club AGM to be held this Saturday, July 26. A short Tabs-In game will be played starting at 12.45pm, followed by the AGM after tea. A good turnout will be appreciated.
