Vryheid Ski Boat Club – A few good catches
Fishing conditions were not good every day, but the fishing itself was excellent. They caught Dorado, Couta, Green Gob fish, Yellow Tuna and Red Reef Couta as well as a few other species.
TWO of our members, Nicky Olivier and Louis Botes Jnr, as well as a few friends from Piet Retief, were at Mozambique for ten days.
Fishing conditions were not good every day, but the fishing itself was excellent. They caught Dorado, Couta, Green Gob fish, Yellow Tuna and Red Reef Couta as well as a few other species.
Our club is a members’ club and we will be hosting a monthly function for our members. For a small annual fee, you can become a social member at the club. The social membership fee will cover your visits to the club for any function that we have for our members and for the use of the restaurant and bar facilities during the week. Our affiliated members who have not paid their subs for 2015 are required to remove their boat numbers as the numbers will go to new members who are affiliated with us.
The next club meeting will be held on April 8. There is a lack of attendance at the meetings and it will no longer be accepted as the involved members will be looked after at the club and with outings from now on.
