Nkongolwana Public Primary School – Celebrating books on World Book Day

Grade 5 pupils created a new reading chant, with the help of Miss LG Mbatha and Grade 7 pupils debated against Shulom Public Primary School from Cliffdale.

NKONGOLWANA Public Primary School celebrated ‘World Book Day’ on April 24.

The theme of the day was that books are essential. The spirit of reading prevailed and the activities done by the learners were also promoting reading. All grades from grade 1-7 took part in the celebration and had great fun reading.

Grade 5 pupils created a new reading chant, with the help of Miss LG Mbatha and Grade 7 pupils debated against Shulom Public Primary School from Cliffdale.

The Library Committee would like to express their gratitude for the great support they got from the Principal, Ms SG Mtshali, SGB and the dearest colleagues, as well as the Catering Committee for the mouthwatering food they prepared.
