Runners – 4km: (1) Bongani Zwane 14m04s; (2) Thokozani Phungula 14m09s; (3) Ngcebo Buthelezi 16m05s; (4) Petros Mavuso 16m20s; (5) Khetha Mchunu 17m03s; (6) Reggie Nkosi 20m16s. Bongani and 4km record-holder Thokozani had a tremendous battle in the 4km run, with Bongani just edging out Thokozani. Shamendra and Jayrushka came in together in the 3km run and Jonathan ran a very quick 2km; however, it was Alex and Nathaniel behind him that showed us how to do personal bests during winter. Alex broke her previous time by a massive four minutes, while Nathaniel broke his by 30 seconds. Well done to all of them. Please note the time trials start at 5pm.
