Vryheid Athletics Club – 2015 Meatmasters Bush Challenge – Be there
This promises to be a wonderful day out and a super organised race. All you need to do is be there.

On Saturday, August 15, Bloemveld dam is the place to be. Get the family to enter and have a good, healthy morning out at the dam.
The following races can be entered:
21km MTB 8:00am; 21km Run 8:15am;
10km Fun MTB 8:30am; 10km Run/Walk 8:45am and
5km Fun Run/Walk 10:30am.

On Thursday evenings at VAC clubhouse, time trials take place at 5:15pm with a bring and braai afterwards. Runners and walkers of all levels are most welcome to join.
