The eight karatekas from the Vryheid JKA Karate Club that represented South Africa in the Africa Cup Championship have truly made us proud.
Cailin Scott brought home a bronze medal for kata, a great achievement and a first for our club. Congratulations to Cailin and the rest of the team for a wonderful and hard earned achievement.
