Vasanthee and Nicky fought it out for first place in a thrilling finish and could not be separated. Second place was also shared by Lani and Karla. Pieter missed his brother Riaan and had no competition this time. Thobeka and Joe did well in the 4km walk. The ever Miss ‘Consistent’ Jayrushka ran a brilliant race to break her personal best and win the 4km ladies race, followed by Thola.
