2km Walk Ladies: 1st Vasanthee Naicker 17m31s, 2nd Bets Van Der Mescht 21m42s, 3rd Shaida Soobramoney and “Baby” Reya Soobramoney, 4th Dead Heat Bettie Wolfaardt andLuzanne Van Der Mescht 23m45s.
2km Walk Mens: 1st Anand Soobramoney 23m13s.
2km Run Ladies: 1st Jayrushka Massallia 10m36s.
2km Run Boys: 1st Suheshan Soobramoney 16m35s.
3km Run Ladies: 1st Thobeka Mbatha 14m41s (PB), 2nd Thola Ntombela 18m51s.
4km Run Mens: 1st Thokozani Phungula 13m51s, 2nd Joe Khumalo 14m08s, 3rd Lindani Sangweni 15m23s. 4th Petrus Mavuso 16m03s, 5th Zwelihle Duma 18m49s and 6th Reggie Nkosi 23m35s.
Vasanthee did well to win the 2km ladies event after a break. Anand and his family are enjoying the vibe at time trials. Jayrushka ran a fast time in the 2km Ladies run event.
Thobeka shattered her personal best time in the 3km ladies run event. Thokozani dominated the 4km mens race and he won this event in cracking time. Joe and Lindani were not far behind Petrus, Zwelihle and Reggie respectively.
Please note that Time Trials takes place every Wednesday at 5pm in front of the Dundee Junior School on Excelsior Lane.
