FERNWOOD – After a two week hiatus, the ArcelorMittal Soccer League kicked off last Friday with teams vying for the win.
Steel Plant faced Blast Furnace at Fernwood Sports Grounds. Blast Furnace dominated the match and secured a win of two-nil.
Also playing at Fernwood Sports Grounds, Medium Mill took on Rod Mill and were defeated with a staggering score of four-nil.
At Paradise Sports Grounds, Infrastructure drew one-all against Central Maintenance.
Materials Handling played against Coke Ovens, and despite the best efforts by both teams, the match ended with a two-all draw.
Admin Building defeated Bar Mill in a fast paced match at Ferrum High School, with a score of three one.
Billet Mill managed to defeat Sinter Plant with a score of one-nil at the Ferrum Sports Grounds.
