Cold weather doesn’t deter Time Trialists

Time Trials is held every Wednesday at 5pm at Dundee Junior School

Ladies 3km Walk: Thobeka Mbatha – 24m46s set a new personal best ahead of Dorea Coetzee 28m25s and Luzanne van der Mescht – 33m24s.

Ladies 3km Run: Thabisile Phungula – 16m27s finished ahead of Nontando Khumalo – 22m49s.

Mens 3km Jog/Walk: Pat Sibisi completed in a time of 33m24s.

Mens 3km Run: Mlungisi Zulu completed in a time of 17m30s.

Mens 4km Run: Ayanda Buthelezi – 13m43s led home a big field. He was followed by Thokozani Phungula – 13m49s, Bongani Sabelo – 14m00s, Joel Khumalo – 15m00s and Ntokozo Mchunu – 15m19s who set a personal best.
Thulani Biyela clocked in at 19m17s followed by Bogani Myeni – 20m14s, Banele Sithebe – 20m50s (PB), Nathi Makhonza 20m59s and Thokozane Khanyile – 21m25s. Siphiwe Malinga – 22m14s came in ahead of Fanie Mthembu and Fortune Ngcobo, both in a time of 22m49s. Sandile Lamula – 24m39s and Sphamandla Nkosi – 28m40s brought up the rear.
