Your team could shoot to the top in the Business League
There are 3 more games to go and things can change very quickly, so play hard and your team could shoot to the top

It was touch and go on Wednesday, as the rain started at about 3.30pm.
Would it stop before 5pm so that the Spar Business League could be played?
Well, the gods were with us and by 5.30pm, the teams were on the greens and the games were on.
All teams are now in A or B section according to their scores. As it stood going into Wednesday’s games, Sarel’s Workshop is on top of the A section and Drakensberg Logistics are on top of the B section.

Saturday saw the Nomads being played at Klipbank.
It has been such a long time since the Nomads have been on the greens that the weather also got a shock and it seemed that winter had arrived, but I’m sure the turnout was good.
A little bit of cold never stopped a dedicated bowler before!
The bowlers who travelled all over the country to play in the Provincial tournaments are all home, safe and sound.
Sadly, no medals this year, but by keeping tabs on the BSA site for the results, you could see that some excellent bowls were played.
Congratulations to all these bowlers and hey, there is always next year.
Sunday (March 25), another academy is being held at The Nest. The list is on the board, so if you’re interested, please put your names down.
