Sharks surfaces with Bowls League title

ATKV Business League: The second edition of the ATKV Business League came to an end this past Thursday evening.
All players were ‘pretty in pink’, in aid of breast cancer awareness. At the end of the evening’s play, it was Twist And Shout who found itself holding the stone.
In third place was ATKV Angazi, while second place went to The All Sorts and The Sharks took the top spot, as well as the title of ATKV Business League Champions. The prize for the team with the best spirit went to Dannhauser Malt.

U-15 and U-20 Trials: A successful trials day was hosted at Dundee Bowling Club this past Saturday, with young bowlers from as far afield as St Lucia playing for their spot in the district team.
This team will compete in the u-15 and u-20 District Competition in Bloemfontein in March next year.
Friedman Cup: The highly anticipated Friedman Cup is upon us, with final preparations well underway. Top bowlers will be in action this weekend, and spectators are invited to visit the club and enjoy the festivities.
