NKZN’s top golfers are headed to Dundee

The best in this part of the province will battle for the title over 36 holes.

Top golfers will be in town when the Dundee Country Club the hosts the annual Northern KZN Open on Sunday (January 19).

The event, which will be sponsored by Farmer’s Agri Care, will be played over 36 holes. Derek Scullard of Mount Edgecombe is the defending champion.

Club Competition: On Saturday (January 18), the competition will be played in the form of an IPS.

Dave’s Competition: On Wednesday (January 15), the competition will be played over 11 holes in the form of an IPS.

Chicken Run: The weekly competition will be played on Friday (January 17), in the form of an IPS over 10 holes.

Weekly results:

January 10 – The Chicken Run was won by Dan Scholtz on 19 points and second place went to Debbie Catlett on 15 points.

January 11 – The Club Competition, played in the form of an IPS, was won by S Mkhaliphi on a good 37 points. In second was Jo Khumalo on 36 points.
