VRYHEID: Times are ‘picking up’ at the weekly time trials

At the Vryheid Athletic Club time trials last Thursday, the athletes completed the 5km course as follows:

Berdine Jordaan – 34:35

Everybody is welcome at the 5km time trials every Thursday afternoon. The time trials start at 5.30pm, but the athletes are urged to enter at 5.15pm at Pionier (Tokkie Smit Hall).
