ECA launches KEENFIT in Estcourt

The students' level of fitness and strength has greatly improved and the school is looking forward to a successful athletics season this term

Sarah Kühn, Estcourt Christian Academy‘s (ECA) Sports Co-ordinator, has recently qualified as a CrossFit Level One Trainer after completing training in Johannesburg.

Sarah utilises CrossFit methodology in the school sports practices. The students’ level of fitness and strength has greatly improved and the school is looking forward to a successful athletics season this term.

Sarah also launched KEENFIT, a new branch under Estcourt Christian Academy, which is a strength and fitness training programme designed for all age groups and fitness levels.

KEENFIT has sparked a lot of interest and the afternoon classes, offered on the lovely Midlands Christian Centre grounds, are filling up.
