St Greg’s is faster, stronger, higher

The top athlete from St Gregory was Samkelisiwe Njiyela

St Gregory Primary School took 18 athletes to the Inter Prep Athletics, at Treverton, on August 11.

It was a great day with 10 schools from all over KZN competing in different events.

The competition was tough as there were very good athletes representing each school.
The top athlete from St Gregory was Samkelisiwe Njiyela (U/10) who competed in the following U/10 Events: Shot put (fourth), 80 metres (third) and 100 metres (fourth).

The school congratulates Samkelisiwe’s placing in her events and to all the learners who participated. Well done to all the athletes, St Gregory is proud of you all. The school thanks Treverton for hosting the event and looks forward to competing next year.
