Malwande Mdiniso – Ichthus’ dynamite in a small package
With a performance of 13,42m, Malwande obtained 3rd place overall and received SACSSA colours for athletics.
On September 29 and 30, 18 Ichthus athletes represented KZNCSSA at the SACSSA athletics meeting in Sasolburg.
Congratulations to Khwezi Kheswa, Hannah Mazibuko, Chris Mumpi, Sinakho Maphumulo, Azokwakha Mdiniso, Jobekazi Sithole, Lethokuhle Kubheka, Raphael Mazibuko, Malwande Mdiniso, Sinakho Mkhize, Samlungela Thwala, Entle Zondi, Faith Mazibuko, Khwezi Molefe, Sandisiwe Ncube, Roseline Mumpi, Siphume Ntombela and Amy-Faith Stein who performed superbly.
At this meeting, Malwande Mdiniso participated in Turbo Javelin against athletes from various provinces in South Africa and Zimbabwe. With a performance of 13,42m, Malwande obtained 3rd place overall and received SACSSA colours for athletics.
With this excellent performance, Malwande was invited to attend the Primary Youth Interprovincial Athletics which takes place this coming weekend, November 18 at Pilditch Athletics Stadium in Pretoria. She is one of three u/9 girls who will be representing SACSSA at this meeting.
