Njabulo Mabaso: I stay indoors where there is air-conditioning and dress cool. I try and wear a pair of shorts and a T-shirt if I’m going out in the sun.

Mr Landsdale and Mr Abbot from Monument Primary School attended the Sharks conference last weekend, where they learnt and interacted with other coaches.

They are now ready to start off the rugby season and implement what they have learned on the field.
