St Gregory Primary School enjoys hockey festival in Winterton

The girls played with great determination, energy and enthusiasm

On May 12, the St Gregory Primary School U/9, U/10 and U/11 girls took part in a hockey festival, hosted by Winterton Primary.

The girls played with great determination, energy and enthusiasm.

The results are as follows: The U/9’s and U/10’s lost all matches played, but showed wonderful improvement as the day progressed.

The U10 hockey team.

The U/11’s won 2 – 1 against Winterton B and 1-0 against Hamilton, drew with Treverton 1-1 and lost to Winterton A 3-0.

The U11 hockey team.

The girls did their school and coaches proud and were commended for their outstanding manners.
