Mortimer Toyota Newcastle Service Department was awarded with one of the top three national positions. This was measured by doing exceptionally well in various Key Performance Indicators (KPI) from excellent customer service, preserving the environment, dealership standards and many more.

Mortimer Toyota Newcastle always strives to achieve the best results and service for their clients. All of their hard work most certainly paid off.
Anthony Barraball, Service Manager, won the Customer Service Award for 2014 and said that this is not only something to be proud of, but something to really work for.
“There are over 200 dealers in the country and being chosen as one of the best, really pushes you to do more for your clients,” said Mr Barraball.

Complying to all the standards are measured in a period over 12 months, Mortimar Toyota had to meet, if not exceed, the KPI.
Mr Barraball, being the service manager, won a trip for two weeks to Thailand.
“I cannot take all the credit alone, I have a great team that works with me and without their backing I would not have been able to achieve this prestigious award,” he said.
Mortimer Toyota will definitely strive to be number one next year and promises excellent customer service for the years to come. With a long list of gratitudes, Mr Barraball would also like to thank all their customers for their loyal support over the past year.
