PROGRESS has been relatively swift in the Utrecht Street Rehabilitation Program, which is nearing its completion.

The revamp began on April 23, where Utrecht Street meets Deputasie, and was scheduled for completion ten weeks from its commencement. The roadworks seem to have gained momentum, following what seemed like a slow start in the initial stages and the road looks almost ready to use at this stage, with contractors making every effort to ensure minimal inconvenience to business owners and residents in the area.

At this rate, it appears that the Utrecht Street Rehabilitation Program may very well be completed before deadline.
