Everything we ever need to know about how to live, what to do and how to be we learned at pre-school, just think about it. Share everything. Play fair. Don’t hit people. Put things back where you found them. Clean up your own mess. Don’t take things that aren’t yours. Say you are sorry when you hurt somebody.
Wash your hands before you eat. Live a balanced life …. Take a nap every afternoon. When you go out into the world, watch for traffic, hold hands and stick together Be aware of wandering off.

I find that it is still true no matter how old you are, when you go out into the world, it is better to hold hands and stick together.
In addition to the above I would advise you with the following: it’s ok to be different, avoid people who are negative.
Your health is your greatest asset. Putting one foot in front of the other will take you anywhere. No matter how slowly. Having focus and determination makes life rich.
