We need to learn to embrace our insecurities for the sole reason that we only have one body

Big or small, semi-permanent or permanent, insecurities can gravely affect how we feel about ourselves.
It will take a while before you can learn to love parts of you that you dislike. There is no greater satisfaction better than getting over something you were wildly insecure about in the past.

During the past week I read about how other people got to overcome their insecurities and decided to share it with you.
One lady thought her teeth were uneven and would smile without showing her teeth, until she realised happiness looks good on her.

If you have a similar insecurity, learn that joy and enjoying the funny, happy moments in life is more important. Don’t concern yourself with who saw what or how you looked!
We need to learn to embrace our insecurities for the sole reason that we only have one body. Your body is a trophy, reflecting both your parents, why on earth would you want to change it?
