Midrand featured three times in the list, with the suburbs of Halfway Gardens, Noordwyk and Erand Gardens proving to be affordable options for those looking to find a place between Johannesburg and Pretoria.
The most affordable of the top 10 was Winchester Hills in the south of Johannesburg, with a Median Asking Price of R850 000.
If the west of Johannesburg is more to your liking, then consider checking out Witpoortjie in Roodepoort, as this area’s Median Asking Price was at R895 000.
