SPCA Charity Shop leaves town

The Parys SPCA shop has been a part of Parys for many years.

The SPCA Charity Shop has long been a great place to browse for pre-loved bargains, and to offload unwanted goods to the benefit of our local animal protection organisation. Unfortunately, it has become financially unviable to continue to run the shop on Phillip Street, and the difficult decision was taken to close the shop at the end of February. Until then, the public can take advantage of the closing down sale prices on the remaining goods.
Parys SPCA remains extremely dependent on public support, including the proceeds from goods donated by the public, so the organisation will gratefully continue to receive sellable donated items and will advertise these through community groups, social media and where we can secure a pop-up presence in town.

Due to limited storage space, we request that donated items be those that can be used by the SPCA or sold through the channels mentioned. If you have quality items you would like to donate, please call 072 894 4061 or bring them to the SPCA premises during operating hours.
