A group of municipal workers from the J.B Marks infrastructure department dumped human excrement in the municipality building today (25 June).
The enraged workers are protesting about overtime money that should have been paid months ago.
They spilt human waste on tables, floors and offices.
The building is currently closed for fumigation.
