A second Partners for Possibility (PfP) circle met at the Sports Village on Saturday, 21 May, to celebrate a year of learning and partnerships between school principals and community leaders.
Through an action-based process that breaks down barriers, connects people, and inspires change, Partners for Possibility is committed to improving communities by developing resilient school principals and business leaders.
Each principal and partner attend three workshops during the first year to build lasting relationships, based on mutual trust and learning. Together, they create better schools and opportunities. The circle meets regularly to discuss how the implementation of the skills from the workshops they have attended has changed their environments.

Rina Vogler, the process learning facilitator in the Potchefstroom/Ventersdorp area, guides the participants on their journey. Her experience as a life coach and educator has assisted many partnerships to reach new heights. The partners received certificates to acknowledge their commitment to the programme. Each participant highlighted specific tools they found helpful and all acknowledged the vital role Rina played in their process and the knowledge they gained from this amazing programme. Some partners could not attend but sent messages from as far as Dubai to show their solidarity.
