Trinityhouse Preparatory School donates books to Kingsway Christian School

RANDPARK – Trinityhouse Preparatory made their way to Kingsway Christian School to donate over 2 000 books raised during their book drive.

Last week Friday, Trinityhouse Preparatory School donated 2 252 books to Kingsway Christian School as part of a book drive.

Principal of Kingsway Kgethi Dlamini touched the hearts of staff and learners when she said, “I am humbled by what you are doing at your age, educating other children the same age. You are making sure that that you are not just getting an education, but giving out a quality education. Education is the best gift that you can ever give to anyone. It is a gift that keeps on giving, it improves lives, it creates opportunities, it gives second choices.

“You have planted a seed of generosity in our learners. We’ll nurture this and make sure that it grows. May God bless the work of your hands.

“We thank the Principal, the Deputies and all the wonderful teachers and parents who have made this possible; who continue to work with the children. Thank you so much for the Easter eggs. Blessed is the hand that gives. We receive graciously, with the hope of being this light too, that brings hope to our country.

The head boy Rhys Feldman and head girl Keira Benbrook visited Kingsway Christian School, along with Tozi Buthelezi, who is the head of Vibe (the organisation responsible for this initiative) and her co-worker Promise Monareng to hand over the books.
