A game with a twist

Game makes learning about the Bible fun.

Zazi Ndlovu (34) is a Ferndale resident who has a passion to create and learn new things.

“I was not always a good child. In high school I was expelled from the Catholic boarding school I attended in Kwa-Zulu Natal. Although my parents were not wealthy they managed to pay for my schooling. When I finished my matric, I did not have the funds to study further so I got a job”, said Ndlovu.

While living in Kwa-Zulu Natal Ndlovu’s girlfriend at the time invited him to a community church in their area. “After attending the church service I decided to read the Bible. I would spend hours studying it.”

Reading the Bible inspired Ndlovu to write a book titled “Long walk to Salvation”, a book which shares the influence reading the Bible had on him. “After I distributed the book I realised not a lot of people like to read. This encouraged me to create something that would help people discover more about the Bible.”

In 2008 Ndlovu created a board game which he called, “Pathway”.

“The game assists people to learn about God.” Ndlovu has been marketing the board game at different churches and hopes the game will be played around the world.
