South African excellence in Denmark

Dancers of DanceWeb Studio in Bryanston competed in the International Dance Organisation World Street Dance Championships in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The studio’s 46 dancers earned four gold medals, two silver medals and two bronze medals. South Africa came fifth out of 30 countries in the overall competition.

Mandy and Craig Bullock, who are both on the board of the South African Dance Teachers Association, opened DanceWeb in 2001and have since developed it into a world-class dance academy.

“We are so proud of all our dancers who competed in the championships,” said Mandy.
