Model on the rise
WINDSOR - Larné Human has plans to be an international super model.
Windsor resident, Larné Human is more than ready to make her dream of being an international model a reality.
At the age of 14, Human has already made top of the list for various modelling contests. “I only began my modelling career last year,” she said. “I had always dreamed of being a model and my parents said I could only start doing it when I turned 13.”
Human’s mother Larnel said, “My daughter has always enjoyed dressing up and pretending to be a model. We wanted to give her the chance to do that. I believe she has a natural modelling talent and great passion for the craft.”
To be successful in the modelling industry is difficult, so Larnel and her husband wanted to ensure that their daughter had the right agency. “We wanted an agency that could guide her and train her well,” said Larnel. “Just You Modelling Agency has helped our daughter improve in her craft of modelling and opened many opportunities for her. We trust this agency because they really know how to support their models and teach them good morals.”
Human constantly practises her ramp moves. “I am inspired by what I see in magazines and use that inspiration to work on myself,” she said. “As a model I find it important that I take good care of my skin, keep healthy and behave appropriately.”
Human is currently preparing for an international showcase taking place in America. “Larné showcased her modelling talent at La Toscana Monte Casino during the Arts South Africa showcase,” said Larnel. “Here Larné was scouted by Kim Myers, an international talent scout, to represent South Africa at the Arts International Showcase in Orlando, Florida in June.”
“I am really looking forward to going to Florida,” said Human. “My family will be going with me to support me. I have been working really hard to perfect my acting, modelling and dancing.”
When Larné is not planning to take over the international modelling industry by storm someday, she dedicates her time to getting good grades and spending time with her family and friends.
