Midrand murder victim’s family in court
RANDBURG – Midrand murder, domestic worker’s attorney asks for “The alleged confession,” before the formal bail application.
The accused domestic worker appeared again in the Randburg Magistrates’ Court on 15 January in connection
with the murder of Thohira Mitha [See previous story: https://www.citizen.co.za/randburg-sun/245358/domestic-worker-accomplice-appears-in-court/].
Defence attorney Aubrey Mashiane asked for the case to be postponed for a formal bail application and to request certain particulars in
the case, particularly the alleged confession.’
The family of the victim (mother, father, brother, sister, uncle and grandmother) were present in court.
Their pain and disgust toward the accused, was evident on their faces.
The case has been postponed to 20 January.
