Three accused of Thohira murder

RANDBURG – Accused murders and robbers in the Midrand murder case appeared in the Randburg Magistrates’ Court.

The three suspects accused of being involved in the Thohira Mitha murder and robbery (See previous story), appeared in the Randburg Magistrates’ Court on 16 March.

All three accused men allegedly have confessions on file. They are also officially represented by Legal Aid. Accused four is facing charges of murder and robbery with aggravating circumstances. State prosecutor Elias Ratlou proposed a date for the formal bail application. Magistrate Salome Le Roux postponed the case to 26 March for a formal bail application.

All four, including Deliwe Patricia Zwakala (domestic worker involved in the case, (see previous story) will remain in custody.
