Thank you for your ethics and professionalism

honour their promises and provide amazing service delivery.

I have two Thank you(s) in one week:

Firstly: Veli Hlope (Randburg Sun, About Property Rates week ending 26 Feb 2015)

I sent Hlope an e-mail on 17 March for assistance, he responded with helpful information and the required document the same day.

I resent the completed documentation back on 23 March. Everything was sorted out and confirmed by 25 March. Hlope is truly an honourable man, a man of his word.There are not many people around today, who “walk their talk” but Mr Hlope certainly does.

Thank you kindly for your integrity, professionalism and efficient, effective work ethic.

Secondly: Jhb Water (Randburg Sun Repair a water issue week ending 15 Jan 2015)

We have had a problem, in our area, for the last few weeks, with the putrid smell of raw sewerage.

I was unsure what to do at first, as I had no clue where the smell was coming from, then I remembered the article from the Randburg Sun, Repair a water issue in 2 days rather than 10’.

Well Jhb Water did better than that!! On 25 March I sent an e-mail to Jhb Water regarding the “smell”, I received a reference number the same day.

On 26 March, Mabuse and his team arrived to locate the problem, which turned out to be a blocked drain in the spruit area, that they effectively cleared, less than 24 hours after my original request for help.

Therefore a very big Thank you to Jhb Water, Mabuse and his team.

They were very courteous, helpful, patient and extremely efficient.

I am sincerely impressed with your professionalism and efficiency.
