Stepfather arrested for shooting son
OLIVEDALE – Son recovers at Netcare Milpark Hospital after being shot by his stepfather.
A father has been arrested following the shooting of his stepson on 7 June.
The son was allegedly shot in his right leg by his stepfather in Olivedale.
The cause of the incident is unclear at this time. According to Douglasdale spokesperson Warrant Officer Bulan Muthan, “A case of domestic violence and attempted murder has been opened and investigations are underway.” WO Muthan further added, “The suspect has been arrested and the victim is currently recovering in Netcare Milpark Hospital.”
