I live on the Braamfontein Spruit and like many other parks and open spaces that fall under the auspices of Johannesburg City Parks, I would like to know if City Parks intends fining themselves the initial fine of R5 million and the subsequent fine of R10 million for not finding solutions to the alien species growing on their land?

I suppose if councils don’t pay e-tolls then they’re also allowed to grow alien species.
