Guards rewarded for excellent service
KENSINGTON B – Security guards work hard in their area and are awarded for it.
The Security Action Group committee in Kensington B honoured guards who patrol the area for their excellent service.
Three guards were awarded certificates of good work and were recognised for all they do to fight crime and the community in Kensington B.

Rose Thöle, a member of the committee, explained why the certificate was important. Thöle said, “We want to acknowledge excellent service by our 24-hour guards.”
The security guards, Clifford Ndlovu, Wisani Mhlongo and Awelani Maphaha, are all employed by Proforce Security Group.
“The incentive reward programme this quarter highlighted suspicious activities in our streets which exposed [security guards] to many risks [why they] all handle with great integrity.”
The committee also thanked Sandy Heidstra, chairperson of Kenbrink Residents Association, for her acknowledgement of the guard’s good work in fighting crime in the area.
Thöle concluded, “We would also like to thank Sandy for the close working relationship we have with association and their security initiatives.”
