PLG Academy hosted its first Christmas market on 1 December and learners along with their parents participated in activities such as soccer and fun art competitions.
The school has been operating for three years and it offers a nursery school as well as education from grades RRR to Grade 9.

The principal of the school, Andreas van den Heever said, “I am very proud of this event; we normally advertise the event from the middle of the year to our learners, parents and to outside vendors to come in and sell their crafts. It is a chance for us to interact with the parents and vice versa.”

Christmas gifts, art crafts and food stalls were on display and parents enjoyed themselves while the children participated in sports activities.
