The audience brought picnic baskets along with chairs, blankets and snacks. There was no entrance fee on the day and food and drink vendors provided sustenance.

The organisers asked all attendees to bring a Christmas gift for the less privileged.

The movie Despicable Me 3 was screened at 5pm but when the time neared for the performers to start, rain poured down. Most of the people got up and left when thunder rumbled in the sky while others stayed committed and waited for the storm to pass…

Unfortunately, the storm only got worse and Jacaranda 94.2 decided to cancel the concert.
