SUNDOWNER – Two officers from 7 Arrows Security apprehended two suspected house robbers who were allegedly breaking into a home in Tourmaline Avenue, Sundowner.
The resident was not at home when the suspects entered the premises. On returning home, she noticed a suspicious individual standing outside her open gate. Upon discovering this, the resident screamed for help and the two officers were alerted to the incident and gave chase to the suspects. One of the suspects managed to drive off in a Polo whereas the two others were caught on foot shortly after.
“Well done to our officers for their quick response that resulted in two arrests. We urge all residents to practice vigilance. Criminals take advantage of the opportunities they are presented with but if we take away the opportunity they will not succeed,” said 7 Arrows’ Elyse Golovey.
